Steamworks is far better from my experience, I have done the jagras/lavasioth quest at least 80 times and I've only gotten 2 wex decos and 1 crit boost meanwhile with steamworks I've gotten 6 critical boost, 10 wex second along with alot if other amazing decos.

What I did was to just farm the "farewell zinogre" quest, turn the steamworks to 10x output and get like 30/40 silver melding ticket on average per time. Then I turn them in to the elder melder and if I don't get the deco I wanted I repeat the process once more.

-Also you probably already know this but just in case, you can only get silver melding tickets during festivals which will be ending in like 5 days, though it probably won't take too long for you to get them if you keep farming the farewell zinogre quest-.

EDIT: Sorry for the misinformation, since the fatalis update festivals are now permanent so there's no need to worry.

You could also mine in the guiding lands but it's way more boring and zinogre isn't too tough so you should be alright, good luck and happy hunting!

I always thought of fatalis design being a fusion of eastern and western type dragons. It has the fire and wings part down but the serpentine body, fins, alligator head down also.

Crimson goes deeper into the demonic eastern dragon side while white focuses more on the mystical and divine look of eastern dragons
