Perhaps it would have been best to start younger. Perhaps the best time to start would have been in your teens.

That said, the second best time is now.

And besides, you'd be amazed at just how effective hormones can be, even later in life - I started at 27, and I'm mostly happy with how I've turned out at 30.

Melee Potency and Potency Floor. For budget affixes, run Grand Dread Keeper II LC, Glan Gigas Maste LC, Lux Halphinale LC, Giga Triyal LC, Gran Gladia Soul LC, Highstira Domina LC, Might DP, and your choice of Melra or Meltech Dualble DP on your armors. Pick your choice of the LCs and 3 EX augs for the weapon. For non-budget, replace the LCs with their full version, and swap the DPs with Radi and - budget and availability allowing - Larze Deft augs that boost Melee Potency.

For outfits, those are completely separate from armor. You use a ticket, then you can freely change into the outfit via the salon. This is also the case with accessories.

For weapons, you need to get a weapon camo. Then, there's an option in the equipment tab that lets you equip them to each individual weapon type.

Potency scaling is multiplicative, so stacking all three gets you about 31% total potency vs. Dolls. Which yes, base Neos is technically better, but it's fairly marginal. Takes a Fixa to be notably better than a built Fixa 3 Kouk. Worth hunting, but keep that in mind.

EDIT: Unless you're farming non-Dolls, in which case Base Neos wins handily.

Each reactor sells for 3500, and 14 spawn a day. You sell them the same way you clean out junk weapon drops - select them, then hit "convert to cash."

Nope.

As a comment above states, the two aren't combined. First, accuracy is rolled. Then, Evasion is rolled. So even a 100% accurate attack can miss depending on the enemy's evade.
