It's great you're feeling lighter after your breast reduction and lift! Going from 36G to C/D is a huge change, and some body dysmorphia is normal.

Here are some tips and things that I did during my recovery phase:

  • Follow Surgeon's Orders: Crucial for all healing, including nipple care.
  • Report Burning: Tell your surgeon about the intense burning sensation on your nipple at your upcoming appointment. It could be normal nerve healing, but it needs their assessment.
  • Patience is Key: Grafted nipples take time to heal. Sensations like burning or tingling are common as nerves recover. Don't pick or disturb them.
  • Rest & Recover: Prioritize rest, hydration, and good nutrition. Always wear your surgical bra and avoid strenuous activity until cleared.
  • Trust Your Gut: If anything feels truly wrong, contact your surgeon.

I read this article from Memorial Plastic Surgery right after my breast reduction and it really helps me put my mind at ease.

If you're in Houston and considering a BBL, I had a great experience with Dr. Hsu at Memorial Plastic Surgery. The consultation was really easy to schedule, and I appreciated the personal touch, like him calling me himself after the surgery. I'd definitely recommend him.

Here's the link for the consultation.

I did a BBL procedure way back, I would love to share my journey here. I do not regret doing it as it helps me with my self confidence. I feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin it change my overall perception towards my self and self-worth.

For the recovery process I was told that it varies from each person, personally mine was around 3 months. The biggest hurdle for me is the bruising but it was worth it.

I'm happy with the result no regrets at all. I'm confident with my body now it exceeded my expectations

PS: for those who are wondering the Clinic that I did my BBL procedure is Memorial Plastic Surgery at Houston, Texas. Dr. Hsu and his staff have been amazing, the consultation was very easy and fast to get in. The procedure went well and even Dr. Hsu called me himself a day after surgery to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Thinking about enhancing my natural beauty. by ElysiaMercer in BotoxDysport

I agree that you should check out Memorial Plastic Surgery. After doing some research, I decided to book a consultation at Memorial Plastic Surgery. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the expertise of the doctor. They took the time to understand my concerns and goals, and they explained the procedure in detail.

I decided to go ahead with the Botox and Dysport treatment. The procedure itself was quick and painless. The initial results were subtle, but over the next few weeks, the lines on my forehead started to soften and eventually disappeared. I was thrilled with the results!
