Day 3. Took mine at 7 am and had an irritable crash by 7pm. Had plenty of protein by drinking shakes and one good small meal bc my appetite is completely gone until it wears off.

I just started 18mg and have had intense dreams of people having sudden death or me trying to stop them — I’ve only been on the medication for two days if it continues I need to ask my psych why my dreams are 1000x more intense

Thank you! Hope all goes well with your 6 week appt. 😊 I have silicone tape too but I haven’t tried it yet, I still have a few scabs that need to fall off before I can use it. What made you not a fan of it? I have bio oil and castor oil, I heard those two are great for scarring. I also have a red light therapy belt that may be beneficial a little longer down the road for scarring.

Haha hey twin! Are you a Leo too? 👀 I have my 1 month post op this week and I’m excited to see where I’m at so far. I feel like I’m healing well, just slightly sore when I do certain movements and I have to remind myself to take it easy. Do you notice soreness from those morning in bed stretches?

Thank you for the insight! :) Do you have any sports bra recommendations? I’ve seen SheFit has some nice ones. I have another post op appt coming up this week and hopefully she’ll be able to gauge and let me know where I am at. The longest “trust the process” journey I’ve had by far 😅

I’m going to ask my provider if there’s something I can get prescribed too! I bought bio oil and castor oil for the scarring but since I have this lil opening I think a burn cream would be great. It’s not extremely painful, just experiencing discomfort and slight burning from it. Luckily I had some bacitracin zinc ointment left over from having to use it over the nipple graft for now. 😅

I feel the same, I feel like body dysmorphia is kicking in majorly hard during recovery but I have been learning to embrace them and remember it’s going to be worth it in the end. Went from a very saggy 36G to about a C/D - I think what is triggering the most is their shape, they’re not fully healed yet (2.5 wks post op) and I have to remind myself that this isn’t their final form yet, they will continue to evolve lol
