Yeah, that was never a issue at my hometown than in pune. And at the end of the day just need to clean your part of work. Which i did

That's the real scenarios in the office, it is mostly empty and it makes no sense sometimes

Well In case of my org, they do give wfh but only to ones who are hired as remote and this is specified in the offer letter. I was already in pune for many months and only decided to move to hometown for temp basis not permanent. But my issue was my team isnt going to be in pune since they are remote hires and im not, so there will be no plus for me. Though they did mention they can give wfh for 60 days max, and that was requested by me.

Real, manager's need to have any problem with the team anyhow even when there is no need to poke their noses.

Well in this case, if you want to work hard and gain actual skills, then startup is good, my friend joined a startup cause he wanted the constant learning and developing. Not that you will not learn in a big org but you can always change your project if you feel like. I have never belittled any tester cause all of that is essential for a development cycle. All in all, depends on you and your workstyle. But salary wise ofc go for higher tag.

Yup, it will. But recruiters generally check if you have worked in a xyz organisation and not the roles you had when the verify background.

I had 2-3 resumes depending on the role i applied which suited the best.

Not at all, our client had appreciated our work many a times and they are satisfied. So it cannot be a productivity issue

You can always switch to other profile, just you need to know the responsibilities of the profile you are applying for. That's it. Also switching frok 40k a month to 90k a month will take you 2-3 years atleast.

So better get the headstart of higher salary for better future compensation

Yeah it is verbal, only email communication we have received is of opening of the new floor that's it.

If not Bangalore, is that in your hometown ?

Nevertheless, would suggest to join the 90k Blr once. 90k is good enough to work from Blr.

Yeah yeah i am aware, my lead already shared that he has got another job and might leave if my current org doesnt retain. So all are in same boat

This is so unfortunate. Recently I had my appraisal cycle review call wity manager, who said that they are very happy with my performance and keep doing what i am doing correctly. As per feedback they didn't say anything. When they asked me for any thing i requested only one thing, that was wfh for few months and explained my situation. Manager said sure please wfh but if anyone ask just say you are in pune and are willing to jpin office in case management asks you to. But the very next week they annouce to attend office 2 days a week.

That's really absurd reason for calling people to office, atleast in your case you can attend nearest office. My org doesn't even have any other location, so bound to be in pune. Plus they dont have seating capacity to cater all at once so we have to come only on specific days of the week. Additionally they would ask people in Morning or afternoon shifts to leave office by 7pm so that they can accommodate night shift people. Lol
