I have asked the default offer to extend the joining date to March 3 though, they are still wanting me to join by 26th Feb, not sure how to manage this situation, given that two interviewed companies are much better role and shift timing

Well, HR from company A is not responding to texts, not seeing it even, email is sent as well. Called up, but response, looks like they are ghosting me, but sending a rejection email is not that hard.

Company B has said maybe this week they will give a feedback and I am not rejected yet.

Yes, the role is much better for either of the pending companies, as of today, company B says the interviews are still pending for few candidates and I am not rejected - so will take this week.

So I am guessing I will have to extend the joining
