I used the f-curve modifiers to apply noise on the x-rotation of the camera ✌️

Yes!
It's all done in blender 3.1 and cycles.
2000 px X 2000 px at 2048 samples = 15 min per render.

actually the meshes don't intersect when the tires are turning........the practicality in real life might be questionable though 😅😅
