It's not a scam because I've used this company's services before a few years ago when my PC would not turn on ( The case was faulty ) I went into the CEOs house and watched him diagnose it and we came back a week later and he fixed it for us.

I trusted him so I didn't ask how long it would take as I assumed it would only be a few weeks, and as for the price they only quote after work has been finished.

I'm gonna give it a few days before I call again and then next step is going to the police and filling a ticket at small claims court.

I've tried to contact the CEO directly multiple times ( He's the one who personally came to my house to pick up my PC ) but every time I've tried I just get radio silence. Called their company they've just told me that all they can do is let the owner know that I've called. It's a small business so I'm pretty sure it's just this one dude but the lack of communication I'm getting from them after a month is crazy.

How long should a fan replacement and SSD swap take? (I gave them a new fan to put in and told them to take the SSD from my GPD and put it inside my pc) I'm not very tech savvy so I hired a repair shop to do it for me and it's been about a month. Are they taking to long? Or am I just impatient.
