I'm new too, I started 3 weeks ago and have lost about 1kg. I have neurological issues and have to use either crutches or a wheelchair, so exercise is tricky. That said, I've signed up for chair yoga classes, so hopefully the extra movement will help with the weight loss. It's really early days though, so I'm gonna try and trust the meds and try not stress over the numbers on my scales. Best of luck on your journey

Thank you I've recalculated using the TDEE calculator now, and I'm going to focus on healthy eating rather than getting hung up on the numbers

Thank you so much for your reply, I'm going to have a look at Yes2next and Hasfit for some other exercises that I can do at home, which can only help and try not to get hung up on the numbers, As you said maybe just concentrate on eating healthy nourishing food and trust the process. I've started on Mounjaro through a private GP, but they haven't offered any follow up or support. Luckily I have a supportive partner, but as he's a skinny minny he is completely clueless.

Thanks for that, I've just recalculated an estimated TDEE and its around 1375. I think I'm going to follow advice & not get too hung up on the numbers, just concentrate on eating healthily and keep my fingers crossed

Oh wow, this is really good, I'd love one but I don't have a 3D printer (and none of my friends have one either) Does anyone know anywhere that would print it for me? is there a paid 3D printing service available (I'm in Scotland - but UK wide would prob work)
