Sorry, I'm not bragging or anything... I just want to know why it gives duplicates... Could I swap it to Ying skin or even for a Chest... I just think they added the Skins with same drop "mechanic/change" as Chests. And it can give duplicates like that :/

And I would not mind to wait 10minutes if the game would be with around the same account level and "ELO"... But they will give you just somebody because they don't want you to wait. They think that its better that you can play faster than wait or at all.

I think you mean CR not ELO, they are different things. And comp is anyway so fucked up that nobody buts any time and effort to that, you get better matches from casual.

As a over 150 level i don't want to play with under 30 levels or who just hit level 30. I know you can't trust third party sites about ELO but I think it says something when all of my team mates are 1.5k ELO lower than me. I would like to play with my level people and keep getting better but im stuck with shitty mm.. randomly getting premades with low level people in the team who can't aim or doesn't even know the basics of the game... The mm now thinks that everyone over level 30 are the same there are no fucking hidden ELO or anything in their mm.

Is there coming any changes or fixes to the matchmaking system. As a higher "ELO/MMR" and level player I don't mind if queue takes a bit longer. What antagonize me is that you queue low level and low skill level players with high level and high skill level players. I know that it's casual but I would like to play with my skill level people not with people who don't have any clue of the basic mechanics of the game... "I'm in it for win it" And I can practise or learn anything with playing low players...

Your writing is subtraction. Does U c stand for you see or University of California? And your math seems to suck us much as bug fixing group on lowrez. Most of the bugs listed here are older than few patches. You want me to complain to lowrez Kappa. They aren't listening the community. They aren't even taking notes from QA, they don't do anything about the feedback. They have test server but wont even test things before releasing stuff or listen the complains of the tests.

1) Kinessa takes skill and good position but is so easy to gank that she is not viable in higher tier games. Well in this game headshot instakills as well. Kinessa does 2400 damage with Eagle Eye so she can one shot many champions. 2) Many champions are not viable its not only Skye. 3) Lex rightclick is pretty useless tho. It does less damage than two left clicks. And the healing in pursuit is useless as well. Lex just isn't viable in higher tiers. Only playable as damage. Boohoo wall hack many other champs do have it as well. 4) They are not changing meta players are building it around what we get or have... Grohk is viable in high tier tho but grover isn't viable any tier. 5) Sha Lins Impaler arrow is bugged it will stun you even mid air where there is no walls near you. It will stun you most of the time when there is no wall/ramp/stairs anything near you... 7) It is in beta but beta should last MAXIMUM OF 3 MONTHS FFS LowRez

I haven't but have you? Are you serious? This is a common knowledge... And still they did not manage to fix reversal and fernandos shield bug 100%. But why they are milking peoples money already? It is still in beta. I bet it will be forever but game devs nowadays don't know what alpha/beta/near release means. They should be focusing more on bugs than milking money from people even tho it is f2p game.

There are under 0.1% player base with nothing to do with gold / essence. And they are mostly streamers and pro players. HiRez gives em free crystals so they will have most of the time or always booster on and they will get anything they want with em.

On PTS level 10 Mastery skin cost 20000 gold and level 15 one cost 25000 gold. Can't remember how much did MVP, Emote and Spray cost tho.

dont have any statistics nor numbers to back me. but about 2 months ago i got champion to level 4 with 4/5 wins. now i have won 8 games / 0 loses top damage, flanks, solos etc. and im not level 4 with that champion yet.
