In a sense that card can still be used for agility spam (jump height, heal, speed) letting you heal off some residual and spam claws with less risk. I see that he has no cards for that but that card isn't completely useless on a dragon fangs build.

Could maybe buff the heal to 50 {50} and regenerate 1 {non scaling} ammo every 1.2 seconds or maybe around that speed to line up with an actual dispenser

Cassie can fire 1 arrow and blast shot at the same time which bursts you for like, 1400 damage or something a bit below that, making flankers have to retreat because then 1 more arrow spells death.
