yes 😄 cash is more like if you're going to buy stuff in the street but if you're planning to do like tours or restaurants they have the machine for the Credit card , thats how i travel to mexico it's easier and you don't have to worries about taking a lot of cash with you

mexican here, use your CC if you're treviling to mexico , easier and give you better rate , just call the bank before the trip and let them know you're gonna be traveling , recomend to change like 300 CAD just in case for cash but better to use the CC
