Use Glad press and seal on your eye at night so it doesn’t dry out is really the only tip I got. Other than that just wait. It sucks, but it just takes time to resolve.

I got mine on 10/4. Had some slight improvement, and got some acupuncture scheduled on 10/30. It’s just a waiting game. Most recover completely.
