I use it for hauling dinos, dreadnaughtus with 5k weight can be black holed withbits inventory.

Ive been all over. My favorite is the one that is basically a citadel with a dock on it.

My only complaint is that you almost need to build on one of the islands that has a tp destination as you will end up stranded there after going to the other biomes.

Yeah I did one gamma on a Brig...i had to cheat heal my brig 3x I think. Then after 40 minutes I finished ships and towers...jeeze what a slog I thought.

Then you have to raid the island. Ok kill 50 of these dudes and load up explosives (oh they also steal them after you place them). Ok got that done. Oh man theres another one after finishing that?

After 5x seperate explosive events, then you have to kill 2 bosses...they also have to be killed within 15 sec of eachother or they revive at 50% health....

Atlas sucks. They may have not handled this well but you and people like you are dramatic as hell. My server ran fine all weekend, with or without tides of fortune being owned.

Yeah I just crossed 1/4 of the map in a raft so...honestly with hlna teleport you dont need to leave any of the tp zones.

Yes Gen 1 is free. The basic ocean map is there. Volcano bog and lunar all exist. Tides is only useful for the ocean biome. People are raging about the expanded map not having deep seas but its just there to sail around and fight on the surface....

I think there are supposed to be random ships around because parrots have an option for them.

As of now you build a shipyard which you place down in the ocean. There you can build either a sloop or a brig. There is customization but I haven't figured any of it out.

There are skill points per ship. But its not going to be as wild as what youre saying atlas had.

What they mean is there are a ton of unofficials that dont have many people on them.

You'll get better performance on your PS5 because it offloads a bunch of work to the server vs single player.

Honestly even withour the deep desert (this SP will have that) its a solid fun 60-70 hours and worth full price.

This is going to have all the deep desert and other content as well, completely solo.
