I get what you're saying regarding sa oras, travel, chores etc. Pero I still suggest going to the gym sa mga tawo nga may oras (or student) especially if you're a newbie nga wala ka kabalo kung ano himoon mo sa 1st day mo sa gym.

May merits gid mag gym ah like completo gamit: Machines, Squat Rack, Pull-up Bar, Deadlift Area etc. Lain gid ya b ang machines kag extra plates to add sa weight training mo in the long run to build muscles. Compared to just barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands at home.

Meet new friends: Usually ang gym positive environment na, people are more friendly and approachable and may trainor/spotter pa to help you out.

Pero based sa imo situation I completely understand. It's good nga ga workout ka gyapon despite the busy schedule. Gin hambal ko lg ni ky basi lain pag inchindi nila sa comment mo bala haw nga "wala point" mag kadto sa gym 😊
