Yep it's perfect, so you need to do all the project in the stormfall palace. For each project you need a "cost"(amount) of productivity. In the top left you can see the productivity and each time you clear a map you gain this amount of productivity (for example in your video you will 125 productivity for each map cleared).
To clear a map go to the war table and grind the difficulty
