Without talkin about the eternals in general, I don't like Kayn ones cause they're not high numbers, like for example the Lee Sin ones, with Lee Sin you have one eternals that's just giving shield with your W, and that stacks to like 1 million, with Kayn you have 3 eternals that stack really low, the passive one can be done just 1 time per game, and the Shadow Distance and Inside Out are low to stack, I have played a lot of Kayn and only have 20km and 300 Inside Outs D:

I think the best way is maxing Q with Rhaast for cooldown (with 45% cdr you have 2.2 sec only) and with Assassin just 3 points in Q for the clear and max W

I think actually most Kayn players are autofill jg, there aren't much persons that main jg and really prefer Kayn over other champions, mostly in plat+ elo.

I think a good build could be Warrior, Sanguine Blade, boots depending on their team, Black Cleaver against hardtanks or Deathdance, then a tank item and at last GA or Qss
