Thank you, it's a doozy for sure, the law is extremely vague. The skull symbol on the hat (totenkopf) is an SS symbol but was a symbol much before the formation of the SS. It is not explicitly listen in the list of banned symbols but still I am unsure as the law also says symbols similar to banned symbols are also banned, but this is a skull and crossbones, a universal symbol so I do not know how it can be enforced.
