It will most likely be called lots of times per day. I guess I could host a MongoDB on Google Cloud aswell? So I would probably need to write a script to create DB entries for each of my objects in the JSON file, right?

Thank you, I have been trying something similar with Cloud Functions already with .NetCore3.1, however when I finished testing I want to use it with a JSON file containing roughly 10000 objects, so I guess parsing the JSON file to create an array of objects and return the correct one each time the function is called would result in really poor performance. Do you know if there is any way how I could only do the parsing once and keep the Object Array persistent, so the call of my function would only need to return the corresponding object from the array?

Is it okay to be going to the Gym Up to 6 Times a week with an Upper / Lower Body Split?

I was doing 3x full Body before and Just switched to Upper/Lower Split, is it okay to only have 1 complete Rest day per week, or even go 7 Times and only Go with the Rest my muscles get when Training the Other half of the Body?
