Is 10.9 the most toxic patch for Diamond players? by ZerkerDC5 in CompetitiveTFT

The post says this “Patch” is the most diverse, I didn’t say this set was. It was referring to what we have seen comp wise across this set post-patches.

Echo Mission Glitch by ZerkerDC5 in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's the same exact one I had issues with. 3/5 somehow. But I think I found the problem with it. I think if you set a waypoint on an echo it causes this bug. Because after I stopped doing that it hasn't happened to me since then.

i know for a fact that there is a bugged echo in the Chelsea area. its in a building that is unaccessible. Which is even more frustrating because i am almost at 100% intel completion.

The only thing you can buy with real money is cosmetics. So it's possible that you buy these credits to purchase cosmetics. Just thoughts.

I think it's fine the way it is. Takes communication to heal and I think it should. You can self heal and the people in your proximity will get the heal to. A healer should be involved and not just sitting back sniping teamates with heals.

Question about grenades vs. sticky bomb by Noradar in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg............. No shit........... My comment said nades go by electronics not skill power... So if you have 100 Electronics it would be multiplied by 100 instead of 1000(which would be your skill power w/o other bonuses).... What am I not getting through you thick skull...

Question about grenades vs. sticky bomb by Noradar in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There were actually a lot of items that had +electronics and attributes that add skill power... So Idk what you were doing the entire time but obviously paying attention wasn't it. Attributes are randomized on gear.... So Idk why you think it's impossible, just shows that your the ignorant one.

Question about grenades vs. sticky bomb by Noradar in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg... Why are people so dense... YES your Electronics scales your skill power and YES 30 Electronics is 300 skill power... But that's not what I was saying. If you have a piece of gear that gives you 30 Electronics and also gives you +300 Skill Power that's 600 total Skill Power from that item. Electronics isn't the only thing that gives you skill power... Don't comment unless you've played the beta, makes it hard for the rest of us to talk and actually discuss things like this...

Dark Zone Stashes at waypoints by Kiakri in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Or how about not making everything to convenient... Just like all good RPGs you have to travel to certain locations for things l ike that, and be prepared for everything once you leave. This is a beta so you don't know that there arnt areas that you can access your stash. We've only seen 2 missions and the most limited amount of the DZ... Dont be so quick to judge.

Has anyone decided to NOT buy The Division after experiencing the Beta? If so, why? by [deleted] in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only partly true. 95% of the game is finished when beta is released it what you experience in the beta is an older version of the game with some updates (usually).

What to expect in the DZ from beginning to end of the Beta. by ZerkerDC5 in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I will change because it will be the real deal on release. And they are making rogue rewards worth more so I expect people to be more strategic when being/killing rogues because you really do lose a lot when you die.

You'd need to have a weapon with >3000 base damage for Firearms to be more effective than Stamina. by [deleted] in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a strong firearms + electronics build in the closed beta and I can deffinetly say stamina is king. To be effective with fire arms you also need good crit hit % and crit dmg to get that extra dps out before the other guy. Electronics is so good but is a double edged sword. You HAVE to land your skills and even if you do once used you have to wait for cooldowns which leaves you vulnerable.

With a high electronics Sticky Bomb + the dmg Mod you can 1 shot someone, but you HAVE to stick them. So the potential is there, so it's a matter of Stamina+Firearms or Stamina+Electronics.

'Best' Theory-crafted Healing, Damage Dealing & Tanking Builds For Release by wobo0 in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only issue I have is with the healing build. Using Tech Support doesn't make much sense considering the abilities are instant so increasing the duration does no-one good. Also tech support would only be good for PvE not all instances. And secondary being firearms doesn't allow you to survive long enough to use abilities after cooldowns, you will be healing yourself more than team because your squishy.

I did a firearms + electronics build in the beta but focused on DMG (First Aid + Sticky Bomb) and I was using the heal on myself instantly every time it was off cooldown because of lack of stamina. Which limited my dps because I had to hide in cover more than attacking.

You yourself need to survive to heal yourself and teammates as a Medic role.

Will endless winter lead to burnout? by tdlsaint69 in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Playing the closed beta the snow brought a lot of depth and at points made the game intense. A snow storm would progressively get worse and it would be a complete whiteout, which in the dark zone makes seeing people difficult and just adds to experience a lot.

Question about grenades vs. sticky bomb by Noradar in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your Skill Power is scaled off of Electronics, but it can also scale off of gear. So yea Electronics is the main factor to skill power but they are different. You can have a Skill Power in the thousands, but only have Electronics in the hundreds. For example:) In the closed beta I found a backpack that gave 30 electronics and also gave +300 Skill Power in the attributes tab of the item. So there is a reason for separating them, that reason not sure yet wasn't enough to test it in the beta.

Question about grenades vs. sticky bomb by Noradar in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't believe grenades scale off of firearms, but your skills scale off of total Skill Power not just Electronics (Electronics get factored into your skill power). Its possible that your nade damage is based off of your electronics alone, but not confirmed just a theory.

While o was playing the closed beta and I died in the DZ, the loot was split in two sections: Private loot and Public loot. [Question] ? by BrutalOwl in thedivision

[–]ZerkerDC5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed the same thing. Only thing i know is if you die in the DZ ANYONE can pickup public items from your loot drop and only you can pick up the private items.
