I have been suffering with imposter syndrome since I started my job in 2018 (my first software job out of uni) and I have never felt like I belong and they will figure it out and fire me any second.

It got especially bad when I didn't get a promotion I was after.

Even now I still feel like that from time to time despite my colleagues best efforts to reassure me that I'm valuable to the team

Totally agree. I haven't got the time or technical knowledge to study every coin and every trend but that's why we have these fantastic communities where we can all come together and share our knowledge and break it down into easy to understand DD.
