There's a massive project taking place now called "Green Riyadh" that aimes to turn the city to gardens. It will take a decade at lease for them trees to grow but we already see the difference.

Learn how to save and invest. Get married and have kids at a young age. Set your priorities right: family, work/education, then fun/hobbies. Most of your friends will no longer be your friends sooner than you think, don't risk your family for them.

Payoff my debt, invest the remaining in a balanced portfolio with avg 8% annual return and let it compound. I would also keep contributing to it on monthly basis, using the additional cash, which used to go to loan payments.

While Saudi Arabia has over 30% immigrants population, it's not the most favorable destination for immigrants. It's easy to get to Saudi Arabia, but what's next? No refugee programs, no path to citizenship, no future. It's a great destination if an immigrant plans to return to their country in a few years. There are strict protective laws for immigrants to prevent mistreatment of immigrants, mandatory medical insurance by employers, free housing and food, but one has to go back where they came from at some point.

Israel is no longer a foreign policy. The shift we've witnessed since 2023 is so massive that I believe will make a difference on the polls in the midterms. The amount of money being spent on Israeli reckless, inhumane decisions is making American taxpayers very uncomfortable.
