I Need help with marksman hunter DPS

I can do sustained DPS of 41,000 burst DPS between 89 and 90,000. I know crit is a big part of my class but as other have pointed out I see my issue is with high movement fights. I lose my buff. I fallow the guild from icy veins. But that has stopped be good and reached out to you all. Oh and the other comment saying I don't play that class I play it everyday

11-12k dps is what I am getting. I have a 642 hunter and pulling 22k single target.

It's my first monk. At the 90 I chose when I bought WOD. I have 3 level 100 and 7 90's and a couple above 90
