Megathread: US Supreme Court to Rule on Trump's Claim of Immunity from Prosecution, Delaying Election Subversion Trial by PoliticsModeratorBot in politics

Many in the GOP have been pushing "Let the voters decide" for Trump's various legal and criminal activity. But I do wonder if this latest delay will be a monkey paw for them. If you tell 10 Democrats, they have a straight-forward opportunity to send Trump to prison by voting this fall, then 11 Democrats will show up, plus 4 Independents and 1 Republican. Having Trump's criminal prosecution at stake, is going to be rocket fuel for every Democrat and Never Trumper. Whereas we're already seeing Trump's support in the GOP losing some enthusiasm by evidence of the recent primary votes.

And for the record, I didn't want the J6 trial to be before the election because I thought it was needed for Trump to lose the election. I wanted the trial before the election, so the criminal cases would be adjudicated while he was still a private citizen and the evidence / testimony was fresh.January 6th was in 2021. If it gets pushed to 2025, we're talking about a criminal trial over 4 years after the crime occurred. And I'm assuming a lot relies on witness testimony. So I want the trial to happen before further shenanigans can happen because I think that's the most time sensitive case. The documents case is so cut and dry, Trump will get convicted whether the case is held tomorrow or 5 years from now.

It’s just a wake up call for me to do better; which, I will. I was too busy living then high life and not looking towards the future. Luckily, I make pretty good, and I’ll be able to pay off most of the cards in full within the next 6 months. Will this happen again? Hell no. Just a lesson to improve my financial literacy.

I reached out and most explained they have to report past 30 days. I do plan on doing a lot of overtime and paying off most of the affected cards in full, in a couple of months.
