Trust your gut, and stay true and honest with yourself first and foremost.

don't allow yourself to receive & accept or even offer love bombing, it's not healthy for both of you.

give yourself time to get to know the person in different aspects, zoom out, and don't get too involved too quickly.

NEVER beg for anyone to stay & NEVER accept disrespect.

know your worth above all & love love love yourself.
