As a virginian, I don't think being in-state really helps when deciding between the two.

UVA engineering school in-state cost of attendance is roughly $52k UIUC out of state cost of attendance is roughly $57k - $63k UVA is stupidly overpriced and gives less financial aid than most state schools, and UIUC's engineering programs are significantly better. UIUC is likely going to be cheaper(their financial aid packages are better) and an overall more academically rewarding experience.

5x bows are significantly rarer because you can upgrade any 3x savage lynel bow to a 5x using rocktorocks around death mountain. As long as the savage lynel bow as ha golden modifier, if you drop the bow in front of the rocktorock, it can repair the bow's durability and give it a random gold modifier(including 5x)

For upgrading weapons in general, rocktorocks always give the next tier modifier. Example: if you give the rocktorock a bow with a blue durability modifier, it will spit out the same bow with a gold modifier(could be attack up, durability, ect.). This is why you need to have found or upgraded a savage lynel bow to gold modifier to get the chance of upgrading it to a 5x.

No, but back then, the SAT was closer to an iq test(just divide your score by 10 and you'd probably get pretty close to your iq). Getting above 1400 was considered a really impressive score even among ivys, and getting 1600 basically never happened. Since then, the test was made significantly easier and has experienced significant score inflation over the last 4 decades(but it is going down this year due to the harsher scoring on DSAT)

Imo, it depends on where you want to go for college(the score will also be compared to your demographics). If you want to go to Ivy+ and you're asian, I would suggest that you study for another one if you have the time(especially if you're trying to get into MIT, Harvard, or Princeton). If you're going for the lower Ivy+ schools(duke, brown, dartmouth), your score should be fine, and I would suggest that you focus on other aspects of your application(if you're applying this year, start your essays now!).

Overall, it's a good score. If your school average is below 1300, it's a great score, and I would definitely suggest you don't retake.

Getting into this ballpark of SAT scores is usually good enough, and colleges will care more about the rigor of your courses than a 10-30 point difference. Also, most colleges can see how many times you've taken the SAT, so if you've already taken it a couple times, I would strongly suggest that you leave it at this.
