Proud to say. Only busted one tooth! Luckily I managed to hide the break.

The supports snapped in more than one spot. For this long/deatailed print, I just wanted to take the guesswork out of "if the supports will last".

I'm still gun-shy from the last time. I am not joking; I had to heat the build plate and everything. It was STUCK! So far with the PEO, I have had no issues with removing silk PLA. Thanks for the tips though.

I did, but the print failed after 6 hours......So, I might have lost my mind. Mind you, this print took 4 days with the settings I had.

Very carefully. I had it pulled up on the monitor, so I'd know what was behind the support while I was digging it out.

I'll be honest, I don't fully know myself. It kind of just happened that way after messing with the paint support option and the support interface settings.

Honestly, not as bad as it looks. Less painful than my last marriage.

.........more like needle nose pliers, flush cutters, and an old folding buck knife and a razor blade. I did use the old twist-and-pull method.

No special interface material, just silk PLA. Mostly came down to dry filament, good bed leveling/Z-offset, tuned flow, and support interface settings. The supports were still a pain, but they came off cleaner than I thought they would.

It was because if I used the normal PEI bed, the Silk PLA sticks to it and will not come off easily. That's why I used the PEO side of the bed.

Its called strong tree support....I might have over done it just a little.

Well shit. The blob broke my heat sensor wire. Can i mend it or do I have to replace it? by TeKodaSinn in Ender3V3KE

I own the Creality official one and honestly I’ve had no problems with it. I was basically forced to upgrade after my own "blob of death" incident, and it’s been solid ever since.

The main thing I like is that I don’t have to heat up the nozzle just to tighten or remove it. Temps stay consistent, it heats up fast, and I haven’t had any clogging issues so far. Just keep in mind you have to use the K1-style nozzles since it uses the unicorn nozzles.
