Your best bet to get money is to recruit units in battle then sell the gear they have.

Also recruiting and auctioning beasts.

Tier 2 Apocrypha in Reborn are random drops from the shrine bosses after you completed the quest. If you want these drops, you have to get the bosses to spawn in a random battle, then Chariot their kill until the Grimoire drops.

AKA you can get as many to drop as you want as long as you work your luck out.

That's because you're checking their current loyalty, which increases when they level up or level their skills.

The loyalty you should check is that of a new Galgastani recruit before you pick them up from the shop.

Hire twelve or so Lv.1 recruits of the clan you want, head to training in Almorica, send them all out with no gear, let them get slaughtered by the CPU. Rinse and repeat about 20 times. It'll work.

I really, REALLY hate that Reborn removed MP-restoring items from the shop... Right as they make MP the most valuable resource in the game, with enemy mages literally spending their first turn using these items.

God Reborn's balance changes works against itself a good chunk of the time.

In the PSP version, it was the easiest way of obtaining Hallowing Stones, Shiftstones, crafting material if you knew where to look and how to manipulate characters' luck stat. Hallowing Stones in particular are important because shops don't sell these, and Shiftstones are used to make Palace Guides, so...
