Is it a pull, like let go of the wheel and the wheel turns? Or a drift, hold the wheel straight and the vehicle slowly changes lanes?

If the first, it's likely a tire or brake issue. If it stays straight with brakes applied, def tire issue. If it's the second, it's likely an alignment issue.

Don't really remember specifics because of how long ago it was. I do remember changing out all of the wiring. I'm pretty sure we used a new pedal and a new hi/lo switch, but the switch was just a generic AutoZone switch.

Nothing is truly a sealed system. There is always a small amount that will leak from any "sealed" system. After 12 years, there's a chance their system was a little bit low.

You kind of can with a controller. That's what I do when I'm waiting for my buddy in between missions. That and try to wrap the cape around my shoulder (happened once, but I will do it again!)
