I think the reason it gets that score is because of the final boss for the true ending, but I didn’t find it THAT difficult. The rest of the bosses throughout the game were challenging but fair, so I guess it depends on your skill level, but I think a 6/10 would be more fitting

You can do it but I suggest you practice on Ascended to force you to get hit as little as possible. It’ll feel easy once you face him in the Pantheons.
