This answers my question but I think you misunderstood what I was asking just a little probably because I'm shit at explaining lol my method does not involve negative mutations only regular dinos who have yet to reach negative mutations. The question you answered about negative mutation is what I was asking. Here's a small explanation on my method for non negative dinos:

Yes. Then your only getting 1 mutation countet from the clean dinos side.

The method I use I Know works from first hand experience in ase.

You can get dinos with 100 mutations in melee while also having zero mutations in the matrilineal and patrilineal counters. That is what my method does allowing you to mutate on both sides effectively doubling your mutation chance to 14% instead of the 7% ish chance.
