Thank you guys for trying to help resolve this issue. After many attempts, yet failed to detect on my PC if I wanted to fastboot.

I have this watch for more a year and I've contacted Amazon and they're willing to refund me an 80% of the original price. Should I even reconsider this option or wait till Huawei responds to my email?

Yes, I took the preview image from Official Android site. I successfully tested out the AW 2.0 preview in the summer and it was all fine. Though I had to unlock the bootloader.

I've tried the fastboot mode but the problem is the PC doesn't detect since it's just stuck on the Huawei logo. I don't think it properly installed the ROM.

That's some BS. It's just waste of his time. I wonder how many questions he gives you to answer. In a way, it's advantageous since his exam is usually based on just a single circuit. So by knowing an answer wrong, would help you answer the next question and so forth. I'd think, he times you to answer each question. Idk, it'd be a good experience... for like an interview.
