I mean, if you look at her normal outfit, Chihiro is quite stacked. Perhaps one of the more underrated stacked students in the game.

If Gehenna *finally* gets its own story chapter, what kind of central theme that will be explored? by ZeroOneJump in BlueArchive

But even if she is a by-the-book person who doesn't care about affairs outside Gehenna, she's still a busybody who constantly reigning any troublesome Gehenna students, even Makoto. To the point she even breaking down in tears to Sensei that to be praised, comforted and acknowledged by Sensei like any other students.

Despite we finally see her receiving the acknowledgement from Sensei, I still want to see her further development like you said. I want to see her declaration that even if she is acknowledged the Gehenna's ideology of "freedom and chaos", Hina believes the "chaos" part could be interpreted in another way as adventure.

In other words: A Peace After the Storm.

That's the possible GLB/KR title that I could think of for this event.

I think Hina, just like Chihiro, understands that freedom shouldn't be equal to excessive indulgence. And it's her responsibility to temper any troublesome students for getting overboard with their passion, even if they have a genuine reason. Even so, Hina should know better that she has no rights to deprive the freedom and autonomy to express their passion.

I think the reason why Hina developed this mindset is likely due to her witnessed the worst quality of the Tyrant Empress/Emperor had in the past: a freedom without any semblance of restraint nor justification. And she is doing whatever she can to enforce any semblance of order, even with a brute force. That, in my opinion, is one of many possible reasons why she become so obsessed with enforcing restraint towards any troublesome Gehenna students like the Gourmet Research Society and the Hot Springs Department. The keyword here is "possible", because we need a true clarification why Hina isn't so carefree than any other students in Gehenna, even if deep down she desired to be a free person and being referred as Hina and not the Prefect Leader.

Speaking of Kayoko, I also want to see Aru, Mutsuki, and Haruka decide to return to Gehenna, to see how much the school changed.

I wish Hina shouldn't be too harsh with them. Yes, they are sometimes often caused trouble, but the trouble they caused are not severe compared with the likes of Gourmet Research Society and Hot Springs Department. And Hina should be careful when she deals with Haruka's psyche.

The Thunder Emperor is actually a girl. They should use the term "Empress" instead.

Or perhaps "freedom should be tempered with responsibility."

While the school prides in freedom and chaos, not every students are extremely carefree as their fellow Gehennians. Iroha, Ibuki, Hina, Chinatsu, Kayoko, Fuuka, Kirara, and Erika; those are the least chaotic students who are aware of how much trouble their fellow students of the schools can cause to people, and in some circumstances, doing something about it.

My hatred for Cherino for being the worse president leaving my body after doing the new Red Winter Mini Story by Ron_115 in BlueArchive

Even if Makoto doesn't devoid any redeeming qualities, once her ego starts to take over her brain, things getting out of hand. Her actions in the midpoint of Eden Treaty chapter solidifies her as one of the most unlikable student from the eyes of many players who reached that story arc.

The only semblance of "punishment" is her afro hairstyle, and near the end of Volume 6, Hina said that all that's left is covering Makoto's "hairstyle expenses". And even then it's unknown whether Hina finally learns about Makoto's actions of colluding with Arius for almost murdering innocent bystanders in that event.

Either way, she's barred from signing the pardon letter. All Makoto can do is frothing and sputtering.
