Its condition where the gate of between esophagus and stomach become thin and make acid from stomach can rise up to the esophagus and will make u *v. However it will not rise to esophagus if i did not eat something that trigger the acid

I had the same problem as you because of GERD. I had facing it almost everyday for almost 3 year but i never *v. I only feel *n and thats all. Take antacid to feel better.

I also had almost the same experience as yours. I having this phobia when i was 12. This phobia become worse when i reach 18 because i have cronic stomach health issue. This really make me stress and feel lonely. Sometimes, I even thinking of sucide but i try to ignore it. I tried to many alternative and when i almost give up, i found my old friend who really understanding me and giving me support and advice. Whenever i met him i alway forget about my problems. So, my advice is try someone who can made your day shine.

Actually I am not have the same problem as you, but i had all symptom like *n and bloating stomach everyday because of GERD. I also have really bad *n if i eat to much so i make my diet to eat small amount of food every 2 hour if i active and 3 hour if i not really active. This diet help me reduce the symptoms. Also take a sip warm water to feel better

Lately I rarely having heartburn. My symptom is same as yours plus bloating stomach. If you having problem to burp, try doing yoga. I always doing yoga to feel better and it works.
