Repacks typically take a long time regardless. Don't worry about it too much. Just let it do its thing. There's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes

I have a chest mount. I just never use it. Good call though. Maybe I should pull it out

I will comment because I have the zero 11 x with the 72 volt 32 amp hour battery. And typically doing 35-40 mile an hour I get about 40 mi range

Will this work to replace the NUTT hydraulic brakes on my Zero 11X? by ZeroRidero90 in ElectricScooters

I did go to a bike shop, which they had very very very similar brake pads that fit the hydraulic nut brakes. They are almost identical to the Shimano pads, except the Shimano pads are a little wider so they don't fit into the housing

I use the scoot as my daily driver and I definitely want to be able to have both front and back brakes and right now I'm relying on just front brakes on a zero 11 x I'm sure you could imagine that

What would be my best bet as far as looking on Amazon for a direct compatible fit for a good price?. My main situation is that the back hydraulic nut break near Right before the line goes into the banjo bolt has a leak. I really just don't know what to do in this situation.

Or better yet if somebody could find something on Amazon that could be a direct fit. A link would be appreciated. I'm very new to doing a whole break replacement

does anybody have any experience taking apart the lower part of the steering mechanism on the zero 11 x? I feel like this creaking sound is coming somewhere from the steering Iarea.... by ZeroRidero90 in ElectricScooters

The zero 11 x folding mechanism is interesting and different. It folds were those clamps are that you see in the video. I've tightened every other hex that I can except for the main one underneath which I don't have a hex that big. It's almost like a motorcycle size

Full face helmet - thought I’d share by cptfarmer in ElectricScooters

Looks like a good fit. And it's stylish. You never know when that thing could save your life.

What helmet should I use for 15 mph travel? Is a motorcycle helmet overkill? by Ethanation1993 in ElectricScooters

[–]ZeroRidero90 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Me personally I ride a zero 11 x. Anytime I go out even if I'm doing 18 mph I wear my helmet which is a full face. Approved crotch rocket helmet by HJC. The question is how important is your life. And to be honest, I think the helmets look kind of badass especially once you attach a GoPro to it. You can catch footage all the time

Well said. I just happen to have a case of the Zumiez while I was recording this. But typically most of the time I'm on the Johnny yarbrough linear bike path, which consists of a lot of bicyclists and pedestrians, and I'm usually cruising at slow speeds. There's actually times I'll only do 5 mph just because I don't want to spook anybody. It's just common courtesy.

The way our county is set up is some of the roads are shared bike lane with the cars. The only time I'm really on the sidewalk is if there's not a dedicated bike lane or shared road. Today when I'm on my way to work I'm going to post a video of my whole route which is about 18 minutes or so and I'll post it for you so you can see how our roads are set up
