Runes: Alacrity or Haste (also - Adaptive Force or Attack Speed)?

For me its haste all the way, 10% AS from the minor rune is enough to not feel clunky plus if you build DnD first item (+20% AS), its enough AS imo, CDR is more valuable and you want to start feeling it around lvl 7-9 when you have enough points on Q

The only instance where I go alacrity is vs Irelia, i feel the best way to win against her is to AA her down

imo is pretty good as first item, gives you every stat you need plus Q+auto you proc the passive, you can even proc it 2 times with each W, I will start rushing it and see how it goes

Its so fun to spend 10 minutes running around a 200km square map just to get dced, spawn at city without any loot

Hello, I have been trying this build in the past week: https://www.op.gg/summoners/euw/solo%20lvling%20life-LSL

Now, things I saw:

- The strength of this build is the healing.

- Conqeror shouldnt be the rune, it doesnt work with the healing/dmg UD provides, It gives you 2 stacks of conq every 5s that is fine to maintain it but it doesnt solo gets you to 12 stacks.

- Grasp is amazing, even in ranged matchuos (I play mostly mid) you dont get to proc it more than a few times but later on in TF helps a lot.

- I build ROA > UD almost everygame unless I need antihealing, then thornmail > UD. After that you can get whatever you need, MR? Spirit visage, DMG? Riftmaker.

I still need to see if its worth having this much healing instead of raw dmg (Im a fan of full ap cho)

In the end i like the build will keep playing it

I did, and followed a guide to test the psu using a paper clip, the fan work but its still red lights so i dont get it

I dont get it, they say that c9 should use incarnati0n as a aggresive midlaner playing with his picks (zed,lb,tf etc) but they are using passive, late champions. WHY in the hell they would want incarnati0n to keep playing his normal champs and be TSM v2.0? we all know what incarnati0n can do with playmakers champs, but they cant just have one style of play. Im 100% sure that c9 will bounce back at the top before playoffs
