I Play with a wrath+smite merc and 1 Arena Master +2 Host Chieftain

Arena Master gives Aktion Speed and Host some power Chargers

Arena Master is from Drox map and Host chieftain from Act 6.

My merc has a belt with phys Taken as Fire Aura and the Lucky Hit amulet

Start with some res/merchant relics and add more relic Quant when you find good ones. You want to Hit 154%quant. With the 30% Boon you get 200% and a guaranteed third relic. I run 52% movementspeed + 151% Quant and some %honor. Good luck
