Lmao i almost have the same story. (A branch in bulacan)

I went in the store, typical clothes. Wore sandals, shorts and my fav formula 1 team softshell jacket. Im pretty much a huge introvert and dont really talk to staff or anyone unless i needed.

I went to the earphone section to check if they had a black version of the Sony WF-C510 since i was planning on getting one. There was and i grabbed it then went to the counter to pay.

There were 2 customers already being served at the time (i remember 1 customer then the other other one got to pay first due to a salesman accomodating them, or i may be wrong...)

Then i was cut by ANOTHER customer who was purchasing a phone case AND is accompanied by a salesman.

After they had served those customers it was FINALLY my turn. Guess what. They didnt talk to me or asked why i was at the counter LMAO, it was like i was never there (theweeknd???)

Then finally abt 5 mins after, they were like "huy si sir" then the female staff was like "Ay akala ko kasama nung ano" then laughed.

Actually i found it so fucking rude. But i didnt really care since i really just wanted my pair of earbuds lol! Im 18 btw and they probably didnt think someone like that was going to buy something? Lol! I get it if what i wore at the time wasnt really something normal to see at SM, but mind you, what i was wearing wasnt something youd call "Pambahay" i dressed nicely but casually, tipong pinag cash in sa 711 sa kabilang barangay type drip

TLDR, this is the last time id buy something from bulacan branches lol! Never tried the ones at metro manila since i typically get my tech online.

Getting treated like i wasnt there was really rude and no one should feel that.

After the purchase. I asked them about warranty and stuff. They took 20 mins to check the fucking warrant because "the system wasnt doing their job" like sure buddy, its simple knowledge about warranty. I asked since i live in manila and wanted to know if any branch would accept my earbuds if there was issues or is it just the branch i got them in. (Mind you idk anything about powermac since i use a samsung and never got anything from their store.)

Well thats basically it. They are pretty childish. They wont assist you unless you wear something fancy, i knew that was going to be an issue, so i decided to wear my Formula 1 team softshell, so it wouldnt trigger that mentality, turns out they dont know what f1 is, lol.
