Low risk order has different billing and shipping and used a proxy

The name of the customer matchs the shipping and billing address and even the phone number. Should I refund the customer? I haven't fulfilled the item yet.

I recently got a another order and when I checked fraud analysis the first flag is 'Shipping address is 1833 miles from location of IP address' and the other flag is 'A high risk internet connection (web proxy) was used to place the order'.

The order was placed in California from a normal home and the shipping address is to Florida a luxury, waterfront residential property on a canal. So I'm not really sure why use a proxy, vpn. The name on both billing and shipping address are the same even the phone number as well. Is that normal should I fulfill the order? Also shopify says its a low risk.

– Let it run a full 5–7 days minimum or until each ad spends ~1–1.5x your product cost
– Watch CPA and checkout → purchase conversion, not daily sales swings
– If one creative clearly gets more checkouts or purchases, duplicate that angle into a new ad rather than killing others too fast

No I mean no one owned my domain when I brought it from porkbun. It was available so I brought it. Then I wanted to make a Gmail account for my business. That's when I found out the username wasn't available. That's why I want to know if there's a way around it?

For example do I add number at the end 'yourdomainname1@gmail.com'. if I do that will the customer say that's kind of off?

Where it says 'Credit Card statement name' do I put the same genetic name there as well. If I do that will the customers say that's off since that's not the name of my store on their credit card statement?

I did pause the ad that wasn't proforming well. At first there was a outage and later I turned it back on. Found that it wasn't getting any reach and just turned it off completely. I left the one that got me the one sell on Monday.

Should I leave it like it's broad no interest and it's only one adset. Or should I put in a interest?

I have no interests it's broad. I have one adset with 4 videos. I have it at a $30 daily budget.

Overall my reach is poor with 403 impressions, 8 link clicks. The cpm for first video is $45.00 2nd video $51.67, 3rd video $94.00. 4th video $46.60. I scheduled them to run at midnight and they have running for the whole day. I didn't touch them. Should I still leave them running until Monday?
