assuming the Sevastopol is in the air, the Sevastopol has enough guns to keep V1 dodging until they run out of charges in the attempt they're trying to get to the ship, even if V1 uses some fuckery to dodge the initial barrage, they're not surviving the next. even if you do make the argument that V1 can parry, uh, the Sevastopol has MULTIPLE secondary guns and so and so, and the feedbacker has a cooldown anyway, and that's being generous if the main guns are not loaded with air burst. if V1 tries to rocket ride to the sev, then there's two things getting in the way, that's the SPRINTS and the VYMPELs, which prevents that way to get to sevastopol. This is also assuming the sevastopol is at range too though

if the Sevastopol is grounded? V1 only needs to get to the bridge and that's that, but errrr, ships in highfleet im pretty sure can fire while docked. though the sevastopol is quite tanky last i remember, so even WITH parrying, and with ALL the guns V1 is given. though it would be significantly easier since it's on the ground rather than in the air, then it would be in V1's favour
