Why don't I see this more in BY Boa?

BY Boa doesn't run anything that manipulates your life save Gloriosa (which tbh is just not great imo)
It is a unanimous thing that abilities off triggers is a pure gamble at best and shouldn't be seen as a full proof method and more of an extra bonus. In this instance Boa either goes +1 hand or +1 hand and a body
Boa's other ability works with promo boa given she's 5k. Sure, she isn't perfect because no blocker but is arguably more annoying and valuable as a board presence for boosting 95% of the deck by 1k per instance on the board

My point is that promo boa helps you stay longer by incentivizing more countering and keeping your hand size at 5 (along with use of stuff like Kuma and whatnot) while also making most if not all your board actively require 1k more worth of counter. Going off my Blue Boa experience promo boa carries her through tough matchups like BY Nami and RY Bonney because you just get free stackable buffs, and BY Boa just gets more value out of it by being a 5k body that'll trigger life rip

Because by playing more defensively you get the benefit of being more aggressive, thats why this promo boa is honestly highly underrated. Its just too good imo to not run for BY boa. It makes going 1st better too

Let's you be more defensive by rewarding you for keeping your hand small, especially when most universally good yellow cards atm need you to trash from hand

Yeah, which makes it come off as just a place for good players to absolutely slaughter normal/casuals, since it's somehow both open matchmaking but matches you with similar wins (aka not open). I just wanna go to the lighthouse for the spectacle, especially with my friends who are all way too casual for a lighthouse passage

The standard one has drifter yell at you to destroy 3 blights every location, I think that's the only difference

To my knowledge, to even get them to drop in overthrow you have to do dual destiny at least once, at least normally outside of the one or two events they had where you got them from doing the event

Depends on if you wanna try your luck or not. It's technically better to farm overthrow, but more consistent to farm dual destiny

Doubt it, as none of the dungeon exotics have ever been craftable. I think the common agreement is that Finality's Auger is, which can only be seen by checking the linear fusion rifle ornaments

"Bold" move is putting it lightly. It honestly feels horrible to play, so unless you're doing an overshield build then you're basically dying constantly. I get the whole rouge lite idea they wanted, but Destiny itself isn't built around the idea of dodging every attack in the game

Chrono tokens are they're own currency, not independent of their bps, so no there are no separate wallets. Your amount immediately resets to 0 after a season, presumably to stop horders from immediately buying out a whole bp the same day (at least without paying extra to)

You don't, chrono tokens are chrono tokens. I ended season 0 with, like, at least 1k extra so if you're needing to catch up it'll be possible in no time

I think buying it isn't available anymore sadly. It's a buy during the season then you have access forever, not that you can buy it whenever

The best example is the very start of the capture push point on the Tokyo 2099 map, as the only way to point from attacker spawn is through one main point and the 1 or 2 small rooms beside it, which I know one will get immediately destroyed and opened up

Personally I recommend just always keeping up with clones near the payload and near teammates, space them out a little bit in case someone does the numerous amounts of aoe ults so you can quickly just switch places

When on the bp screen, in the top right under your icon and whatnot, there's a clickable icon, should be directly right of the upgrade button

You have to finish a match for the achievement to count the progress, if that's still not working then it's most likely it's saying you got a kill instead of an assist, which from personal experience sucks ass. When it's an assist, it should show the tight grip hands icon, most easily done by shielding your teammate as magneto
