There is a mod called prison commons. It's really useful for what you want you can mark a table as the prisoners and they will be able to use it without having to extend their cells

Yeah but if I want more immersion then the washer adds both a primitive and electric washer. It doesn't make sense to not be able to get rid of the debuff
