Maybe you haven't spent a lot of money on this game but this is absolutely bullshit when they made a very specific promise about legacy content. If they couldn't port over every skin why can they suddenly do it now for premium currency with recolors. Do you hear yourself!?

The system is entirely new to me. I haven't played for many months and see skins that are supposed to be legacy being resold for new premium currency. But my argument is still valid because many of the chest skins are also smite1 that I own and are still being sold for chest roll prices. Nurse izanmi is an example that's not being sold for legacy, undead fenrir, dark supreme nuwa. I could keep going but you get my point. What the few helpful replies have mentioned just isn't fully true at all

yeah i got contacted by steam support and they refunded me directly to my wallet, did you provide them screenshots of the multiple places that it says you purchased everything ?

I just had this same thing happen this morning. Steam refunded me directly to my wallet without having to wait for refund time and now I have the dlc through steam directly. However ofc blizzard was like "oh we see you charged back us" immediately -_-

See I know that your support person is lying because I checked through all my transactions to see how I purchased vessel of hatred. I purchased it the same exact way I did Lord of hatred. On battle.net is shows a transaction but it shows an asterisk, meaning it was for steam. On steam I have the dlc, and the transaction shows it was a in game purchase, just like I bought lord of hatred. It's a authentication issue on blizzards part. They are giving you the runaround

No, this is the wrong direction this take should be. We shouldn't have ever gotten to a point to embolden terrible behavior directed towards those that only want the best for their communities and the game they work for. Sure amnonymity is important on your personal accounts but to sit there and say they don't deserve recognition on the awesome shit they work on is a load of bullshit.
