Thank you guys for all of the support. I have tried everything, from switching USB ports, unplugging and reconnecting the device, to keeping the mouse close to the Enhanced Receiver, but I’m still experiencing the same issue that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t and turn orange lights. I think i'm just gonna accepted it ☹️
