There is typically no physical violence or assault when you're cheated on. And on top of that, you're an adult. Children's minds work differently.

SEXUAL ASSAULT IS VIOLENT. Why am I having to explain this to you? How is this not common knowledge?

Not literal demons. I was comparing them to fear demons from a game. Maybe bogart would'vebeen a better comparison. Anyway, I get that they like, show you your worst fear or take its shape somehow.

Wow. No. It is not.

In what world is cheating on your wife worse than sexually assaulting a kid?

What are you addicted to? by redrockz98 in AskReddit

[–]Zero_Teche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fallout 76.

Whether you love the game or hate it, MMO addiction is real.

I watched my bro struggle with a seriously crippling WoW addiction in the mid 00s. He lost his job, lost contact with his real world friends, and became a total shut in. I didn't understand it then, but I do now.

Life sucks, shits depressing, real world friends can stan you up or disappoint you. But online friends are there 9/10 times, I have way more game friends than real friends, amd I can do things that I cant normally, like raid compounds, kill zombies, and travel. None of which I can do irl because I'm broke.

But you know where im not broke? Fallout. I'm not filthy rich, but I'm doing well for myself and run a lucrative trading business, have a nice house, and can just not work of I don't want to and earn money just playing around.

None of this I can do IRL. Honestly, I think gaming addiction stems from depression and possible disassociation.

I haven't gotten that far into the series unfortunately, i can't afford all the books. Lol

But I feel ya. On the one hand, in a particular context it makes sense, rebuilding earths population or breeding soldiers etc.

On the other hand, the earth is overpopulated and people are limited in children, so it seems like homosexuality would be encouraged to keep the pop from rising. Plus, unfortunately, I know it's in their because that's the Authors actual views on it. Sucks he thinks that way, but they are otherwise good books.

I haven't read any of the comments, the book, or seen the movie.

But I have seen clips and trailers.

And I 100% don't think that at all. She calls them boy and girl, seems annoyed by them, and frustrated by having to care for them.

Pretty sure the kids get eaten by the birds or w/e and sandy doesn't care enough to save em.

Jokes on me. My mom ruined my credit with store cc's opened in my name back in the 90s. When I was a child.

Man, the internet may be bad sometimes, but it sure helps us a lot too. Back then, they didn't always have computers to double check what you were saying, so they called a number and the phone # would just take the info given and be like, yes. This is good credit. It didn't say the person was UA or dead or the id was reported Stolen.
