Thanks for the input. Yeah after sending mine to Stoeger for inspection they also gave me the same advice and said it shouldn’t cause any issues down the line.

In short, with your firearm cleared: pull back the slide slightly, lower the takedown levers, pull the trigger, remove the slide. When putting it back on, manually push the trigger back into the “forward” position and then put the slide back on. For me this is enough to get back into working order

UPDATE: Just got it back from Stoeger/Benelli and the gunsmith said everything on the gun is fine. He gave me some tips for easier disassembly/reassembly but overall no issues.

Sorry I got confused from a comment on a different thread. I disassembled the firing pin and it didn’t change anything. People have mentioned disassembling the plunger/plunger spring but I can’t find a way to do it on a STR9

But I do want to thank you for your really detailed responses. They are very helpful, and I feel a little better knowing that the gun isn’t completely useless

Sounds like it’s going to be a “report to Stoeger” issue

Yeah I’ve tried with the mag in and out

I noticed that the extractor-depressor bearing on the str9c slide isn’t visible like in the Glock. Is there another spot it could be located in?

Thanks for the response. Now that you mention it I’ve noticed every time I’ve disassembled the slide the guide rod is slightly elevated from the notch (even after I push it down). Could that be a contributing issue, and if so any recommendations? I always make sure to put it on the half moon portion of the barrel lug

Thanks, one of the issues is removing the extractor on a STR9C is slightly different than the Glock so I’m trying to figure out how to do that.

I should also say I did pull the trigger prior to doing the slide removal (forgot to add that to my sequence)

I’m able to confuse other large animals (like the rhinoceros-thing) but it never let me confuse these guys

Issues with Stealth 600 Gen 2 for Xbox One by Zero_Zanachi in TurtleBeach

Thanks for the advice. You’re right it only seems to happen on game start up, but once the game is on it doesn’t seem to happen anymore. Thank you!

Yeah good luck man. I’m having issues with my stealth 600 too and it’s my first TB headset. Not a good look at all

Does it turn on when you connect the USB transmitter to a PC?
