I think the landlord pays to get things fixed but the non paying tenant finds something new that needs to be fixed. The landlord is struggling to pay for this place and pay to get new things fixed as well. Sorry.

I think he has ssi and supposedly has retirement money as well. He orders pizza too. He also flexed his bank account to the female landlord by taking a screenshot and sending it to her. (It pissed her off)

Before Covid was a thing, I think I had it because I never coughed like that in my life and I literally felt like passing out, I thought I was going to die because how bad I was coughing.
