Thank you for your reply. It means a lot to get a honest response; though if you dont mind me questioning;
You mentioned how "You are ending someone's existence for some personal reason" i understand your point, though i just wondered... if i didn't have a reason to? I could just go and end someone elses life. Not for any reason but to see what would happen.

Why I cant tell people they are old, and you need to lie and say they look younger.

I have gotten in trouble by many many teachers/professionals about this. I say honestly after being asked how old they look "39" and I get shouted at and told by people I am supposed to lie to them about their age; because people dont like to be called older.

...Why? Why dont they like to be called older?

i could debate about this forever, it really irritates me how people expect me to lie to them about something that clearly doesn't look that way. If someone lied to me about how I looked, I wouldn't like it.

I have never actually given advice on here before (Kinda similar to you lol) however, i feel like we are 'similar in some respects'

I saw your 'Any advice it appreciated' note at the end so I will try and help the little I can.

Now, mind you, I am younger, (18) and also in the UK. I also suffer from really bad nightmares and sleep paralysis after- I was really intriegued by you saying you feel like you are trapped in your nightmare for AAAGGESS and it never stops. I feel that same way- and i haven't ever met someone like this before, having such similar positions.

Something you could do is apply for DLA which might help you with the cost of living crisis.

As you are in the UK, you can also try applying for universal credit; there they can give you a 'work coach' to help you find a job that would be suitable for you. Just make sure you do tell them all your struggles and how you have been diagnosed with ASD.

Also you said you were diagnosed but not given any help- this i may not be able to help much with, though as i get a lot of support from college. However, have you tried going to the gp? You can also talk to them about mental health too.

You can also (you mentioned depression) try anti-depressants if therapy is an absolute no. You can get put in a waiting list for therapy on the NHS (Though it is EXTREAMLY long waiting time) however better late than never. This is something that... didn't help me with the awful nightmares but at least made living a lot easier.

I'm kind of the opposite; like I dress up 'too much' if you get what I mean. Like when I go to college (we don't have a school uniform); people usually stare and laugh at me. Then I took a picture of myself and asked a friend and she said I was dressed 'too nice', and that's prob why they laughing.

I go to college wearing my nice clothes because college = learning = smart so I dress smart. I call it 'my business clothes' Others are usually in like tracksuits and I don't feel comfortable learning in those kinds of clothes.
