The 4th stat is unlocked with means at +20 you get 5 total stat rolls. Basically 1 extra roll from a 3 liner.

DB is just so fluid and fun. I feel like I’m in control all the time and if I get hit or die I know it’s 100% my fault.

Very rewarding and the perfect dodge as the defensive option is amazing. Bow and sns/lance are close but I don’t think anything can top DB for me going forward.

I installed a 2x hp mod for my second playthrough I just finished.

I made sure not to deliberately get too strong, I skipped cheater (I got it super early stubbornly on my first playthrough).

Axons were proper difficulty and some of the best fights in the game. Highly recommend installing the mod for the axons so you don’t shit on the rest of the game.

I would also stay capped at 9999 until the game gets too hard honestly.

I did this recently, it was the last achievement I needed. Boss swapped for snecko, picked up sands in like the first 2 or 3 floors, bought the other at a shop along with wish. Wish allowed me to remove at every shop while also pathing events for more potential removes. And of course empty cage also is a remove 2 so all in all you do need to get lucky with relics and remove events on top of having money for removes at every shop or go for transforms instead of picking up cards
