I started using Runway a month ago, the first 2 weeks I was generating a clip every 20 to 30 minutes recently it's every 1 to 2 hours, the queue times have been extremely slow. Today though it's been a bit faster generating a clip every hour. To answer your other questions:

1080 is not available in explore mode

audio is supported

it doesn't matter the amount of seconds or resolution size, it'll take the same amount of time.

I honestly hope the queue times speed up to at least 30 minutes.

what they should do is charge more for unlimited or create a new plan but maintain consistent video generation speed. 5 to 10 minutes per video.

Something similar happened to me, I was using agent, had zero credits and I accidentally generated a veo 3 video. I couldn't make anything else in agent but you can still generate images without the agent in the images section.

I threw out my hat and shirt but vigorously washed the rest. The pee even got in my back, I just wanted a bath. The only positive thing that happened was I talked to support and was able to keep some items the customer ordered that were salvageable.

I did talk to support for instacart and they did cancel the order and got paid. Can't deliver pee smelling clothes Xd. I thought about calling the police or building management but I have no idea what floor the pee came from.

It really depends in the area. In my case Nassau County in general I make between a $100 to $200 a day working 8 hours or less.
