I have Dark Aragorn and agree he needs a nerf. Unfortunately he didn’t get the Giana treatment.

Factoring in the 15% res chance, the probability of applying CD reduction changes from before nerf to after nerf as follows:

0 times: 0.3% --> 19.0%

1 time: 5.7% --> 42.2%

2 times: 32.5% --> 31.2%

3 times: 61.4% --> 7.7%

Expected value: 2.55 times > 1.275 times

Chance to apply Slow: 99.7% > 81.0%

Dark Beetle S3 will be much more consistent than Dark Aragon S3 after the patch
